My Weak Points I could offer more help and ideas in lessons to help aid the group, I could use intiative more so that I could get on with my work quicker, this would help the group to be able to get tasks done much quicker and I will be working on this now so that we can get the best possible group mark. I also need to step up and make sure that I participate in much harder more advanced tasks. I also could suggest more ideas.
My strengths
My biggest strength is my performing ability, although I havent been able to perform in this particular video. I am very creative and will help out pther team members if people ask me for it. I have a positive attitude and will always try and cheer people in the group up. I produced some good ideas in Southend when asked about certain shots or about how to edit something.
